Candidates who wish to participate in the spot admission may register in the registration counter of the college on 29-11-2021, between 9.00 am and 11.00 am. Those who turn up beyond 11.00 am will not be considered for allotment.
Candidates appearing in the main rank list published by CEE ONLY can participate in the spot admission.
NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE (NOC):
NOT NEEDED FOR candidates admitted to government/aided colleges and government controlled self-financing colleges (IHRD, CAPE) ) where seats allotted under KEAM.
NEEDED FOR candidates admitted to ALL other colleges.(Download form for NOC (Alternatively principal of the respective college may send the NOC by mail to principal@cet.ac.in)
DOCUMENTS NEEDED :
Candidates should bring the following:
- KEAM Admission SLIP issued by the college (IF applicable)
- Data sheet and latest allotment memo issued by CEE (IF applicable).
OR
Candidates who cannot attend the allotment process in person due to unavoidable personal exigencies can authorize a representative to attend the allotment process on his/her behalf. Such representatives should submit an AUTHORIZATION LETTER in the prescribed format. No other format will be acceptable. (Download FORM FOR AUTHORIZATION)
Those who got allotment in spot should pay the required fee immediately and take admission. No further extension for joining will be given under any circumstances.
