The spot allotment for vacant seats of M.Tech/M.Arch/ M.Plan programms in CET is scheduled for 18-09-2024 (WEDNESDAY)
Venue: CETAA Hall, Main Building, CET
Provisional Branch-wise vacancy position (as provided by the Institute) as on 13/09/2024 at 05:00 P M will be announced later
Candidates should report to the venue with the PRINTOUT OF THE “REGISTRATION FORM “and other required documents (see below) before 11 am on 18/09/2024.
Candidates should report to the venue with the required documents from 09:00 AM to 11:00 AM on 18-09-2024.
Candidates who are not included in the rank list can also manually register at the venue with all required documents including the Transfer Certificate (all documents must be in original). MCAP Datasheet is not necessary for such candidates
Candidates reporting after 11:00 AM will not be considered for allotment.
Documents to be submitted for the spot allotment process
- Candidates already admitted to an Engineering College under the MCAP allotment.
- Admission Slip issued by the college last admitted
- No Objection Certificate (for all admitted colleges other than govt. engineering colleges/aided engineering colleges/govt. co-shared engineering colleges like CAPE, IHRD, SCTCE etc.)
- Other Candidates
- If studying in an institution, a Possession Certificate issued by the institution mentioning the list of the certificates in their possession & No Objection Certificate (both in original or by mail to the Principal, CET from the head of the institution) and all the remaining certificates in original
- If not studying in any institution, Degree Certificate and all other documents in original including TC and Conduct Certificate
- Candidates who cannot attend the allotment process in person due to unavoidable personal exigencies can authorize a representative to attend the allotment process on his/her behalf. Such representatives should submit an authorization letter in the prescribed format. No other format will be acceptable. [See “annexure K” in MCAP Prospectus 2024] (Click here)
- Those who get allotment on the spot should take admission to the college on the same day with all the required documents. No further extension for joining will be given under any circumstances.
- Full Tuition fees need to be paid by all candidates taking admission in spot allotment (If any candidate already paid the tuition fee to DTE are exempt from payment of tuition fee.) PTA, CETAA and bus funds are also to be paid.
